01 The problem

The leads are coming in. Too many stop before they turn into a job.

More ads won't fix a lead nobody called back. For a lot of shops, the bigger opportunity is the calls, forms, and referrals already landing every week.

  1. A call or form comes in

Phone, website form, Google, a neighbor's referral.

  2. Somebody picks up. Or doesn't.

The crew is on a roof, the office closed at five, the voicemail is full.

    Where it stalls
  3. A quote goes out

Days later, or as a number with no explanation of what they're getting.

    Where it stalls
  4. Nobody follows up

One text, then silence. The customer goes with whoever called back.

    Where it stalls
  5. Booked job

The part that pays. Fewer leads should go quiet before they get here.

    The goal

The sprint doesn't add a new lead source. It works on the middle of this path, using the leads you're already getting.

  • Stop leaking jobs you already paid to get

Every lead that goes quiet cost you something: an ad, a truck wrap, a referral you earned.

  • A faster callback, and someone who owns it

When a lead sits, the shop that calls back first usually gets the job.

  • Clearer quoting

Fewer "I'll think about it" quotes that never come back, because the price and the next step are explained the same way every time.

  • A simple scoreboard

Leads, contacts, quotes, booked jobs. You see whether booked jobs actually moved.

02 How the sprint works

Thirty days. Four steps. Measured against your own numbers.

We work on the middle of the funnel: everything between a lead coming in and a job getting booked. You keep running jobs. We do the digging, write everything down, and set it up with your team.

  1. 01Week 1

Audit how leads get handled today

Where leads come from, who answers, how long a missed call sits, who owns follow-up, and where leads go quiet. We start with your call log, form inbox, and recent quotes.

You getA plain-English audit of where your leads stall, plus a "before" count of booked jobs.
  2. 02Week 2

    Install a follow-up cadence

A simple schedule for who follows up by call, text, or email, when, and what they say. That includes how quickly a new lead or a missed call gets a response, and what happens when a quote goes unanswered.

You getA written follow-up cadence with ready-to-use call, text, and email scripts.
  3. 03Week 3

    Tighten the quote talk track

What your team says out loud when they give a price: how it's explained, what's included, and what the customer should do next. Said the same way every time.

You getA tighter quote talk track for whoever gives quotes, on the phone or in person.
  4. 04Week 4

Measure booked jobs, before vs after

We compare booked jobs from leads before the sprint and after, using your own records, and walk through what changed and what to keep doing.

You getA closeout with leads, contacts, quotes, and booked jobs counted before vs after, plus your scripts and lead data handed back.
  • We don't buy ads
  • Nothing you're locked into after day 30
  • Plain English, no marketing jargon

03 Who it's for

Built for owner-run shops that already have the phone ringing.

  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Roofing
  • Landscaping

A good fit

  • A local HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or landscaping company
  • Roughly 10 to 80 Google reviews: established, but not running a call center
  • Leads already coming in by phone, web form, or referral
  • An owner who can join kickoff, along with whoever answers the phone

Probably not a fit

  • National chains, franchises, or shops with a dedicated call center
  • Brand new businesses that don't have steady leads yet
  • Anyone mainly looking for someone to buy more ads
  • Anyone who wants a guaranteed number of jobs. We improve the system; we don't promise a number.

05 About

Based in Mississippi. You work with Bailey.

Westwell Agency is run by Bailey Quinn out of the Oxford, Mississippi area. It's small on purpose: when you book a chat, you're talking to the person who will actually do the work.

Plenty of good local shops aren't short on leads. They're short on time to call people back, follow up on quotes, and keep track of what's working. That's fixable without a big agency retainer or another ad budget.

The sprint runs over phone, text, and screen share, so it works for shops anywhere in the Southeast.

06 FAQ

Common questions

How long does it take?

Thirty days from kickoff. Most of your time goes in up front: the kickoff call and pulling together your lead info. After that it's short check-ins while we set things up with your team and track the results.

What do I need to provide?

For kickoff, we need the owner plus whoever answers the phone, whether that's an office manager, a dispatcher, or a family member. After that, access to whatever you already use to track leads, for example:

  • Your call log or phone history
  • Your website form or lead inbox
  • Any CRM, spreadsheet, or notebook you keep
  • A handful of recent quotes, both won and lost
What do you do with my lead data?

We only use it inside the sprint, to find where leads stall and to measure before and after. It's handed back to you at closeout. We don't sell it or share it.

What happens after the 30 days?

You keep everything: the follow-up cadence, the scripts, the quote talk track, and the numbers. From there you can continue on the Growth plan month to month, or stop. Your data and scripts stay yours either way.

Will you run ads or buy me more leads?

No. We don't buy ads. The sprint is about booking more jobs from the leads you already get.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We don't promise a set number of jobs or a revenue figure. What you can count on is the work: a clear audit, a follow-up system your team can run, tighter quoting, and an honest before and after count from your own records.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. We start with the phone, texts, email, and tools you already have. If something is missing, we'll explain why and you decide.

Where are you located?

The Oxford, Mississippi area. The sprint runs over phone and screen share, so shops across the Southeast can work with us.

Next step

Fifteen minutes to see if the sprint fits your shop.

Tell me how leads come in today and what happens after. If there's a clear place to improve, I'll show you how the sprint would handle it. If there isn't, I'll say so.
