For HVAC, plumbing, roofing & landscaping shops
A 30-day booked-jobs sprint: we audit how your leads get handled today, install a simple follow-up cadence, tighten what your team says when they quote, and measure booked jobs before and after. We don't buy ads.
Booked-jobs sprint
At kickoff: owner + whoever answers the phone
01 The problem
More ads won't fix a lead nobody called back. For a lot of shops, the bigger opportunity is the calls, forms, and referrals already landing every week.
Phone, website form, Google, a neighbor's referral.
The crew is on a roof, the office closed at five, the voicemail is full.
Where it stallsDays later, or as a number with no explanation of what they're getting.
Where it stallsOne text, then silence. The customer goes with whoever called back.
Where it stallsThe part that pays. Fewer leads should go quiet before they get here.
The goalThe sprint doesn't add a new lead source. It works on the middle of this path, using the leads you're already getting.
Every lead that goes quiet cost you something: an ad, a truck wrap, a referral you earned.
When a lead sits, the shop that calls back first usually gets the job.
Fewer "I'll think about it" quotes that never come back, because the price and the next step are explained the same way every time.
Leads, contacts, quotes, booked jobs. You see whether booked jobs actually moved.
02 How the sprint works
We work on the middle of the funnel: everything between a lead coming in and a job getting booked. You keep running jobs. We do the digging, write everything down, and set it up with your team.
Where leads come from, who answers, how long a missed call sits, who owns follow-up, and where leads go quiet. We start with your call log, form inbox, and recent quotes.
A simple schedule for who follows up by call, text, or email, when, and what they say. That includes how quickly a new lead or a missed call gets a response, and what happens when a quote goes unanswered.
What your team says out loud when they give a price: how it's explained, what's included, and what the customer should do next. Said the same way every time.
We compare booked jobs from leads before the sprint and after, using your own records, and walk through what changed and what to keep doing.

05 About
Westwell Agency is run by Bailey Quinn out of the Oxford, Mississippi area. It's small on purpose: when you book a chat, you're talking to the person who will actually do the work.
Plenty of good local shops aren't short on leads. They're short on time to call people back, follow up on quotes, and keep track of what's working. That's fixable without a big agency retainer or another ad budget.
The sprint runs over phone, text, and screen share, so it works for shops anywhere in the Southeast.

06 FAQ
Thirty days from kickoff. Most of your time goes in up front: the kickoff call and pulling together your lead info. After that it's short check-ins while we set things up with your team and track the results.
For kickoff, we need the owner plus whoever answers the phone, whether that's an office manager, a dispatcher, or a family member. After that, access to whatever you already use to track leads, for example:
We only use it inside the sprint, to find where leads stall and to measure before and after. It's handed back to you at closeout. We don't sell it or share it.
You keep everything: the follow-up cadence, the scripts, the quote talk track, and the numbers. From there you can continue on the Website & Google Business or Automations plan month to month, or stop. Your data and scripts stay yours either way.
No. We don't buy ads. The sprint is about booking more jobs from the leads you already get.
No. We don't promise a set number of jobs or a revenue figure. What you can count on is the work: a clear audit, a follow-up system your team can run, tighter quoting, and an honest before and after count from your own records.
Usually not. We start with the phone, texts, email, and tools you already have. If something is missing, we'll explain why and you decide.
The Oxford, Mississippi area. The sprint runs over phone and screen share, so shops across the Southeast can work with us.

Tell me how leads come in today and what happens after. If there's a clear place to improve, I'll show you how the sprint would handle it. If there isn't, I'll say so.
